How do I track my order?
 

Once an order has shipped you will be notified of your tracking number and you will be able to track it from the number provided.

Every order is shipped to the address provided at checkout.

How do I return an item?
 

If an item needs to be returned please contact us and let us know why the item needs to be returned, and we will make the proper arrangements to do so.

How can I contact your couriers?
 

The tracking number you receive will have the courier on it. If there is any damage to the product upon arrival please contact us within 3 days of receiving your product so we can address the issue.

What is your return policy?
 

Currently at this time we are not offering a refund just an exchange if you feel you a refund is necessary reach out to us so we can address the issue. If there is any damage to the product upon arrival please contact us within 3 days of receiving your product so we can address the issue. After 3 days, we are unable to replace or refund damaged items.
